When the pandemic hit my body told me that something had to change. I was suffering internally but trying hard to hold it all together, finally, it was time to listen. It took lots of inner work to learn how to actually experience my feelings fully in order to heal from within. Before helping others to heal we must heal ourselves. Forced to shift again, thanks to a series of divine connections, I discovered my purpose was to heal in a different way. I’ve always been curious and asking questions—never satisfied until I get what I need. Can you relate?
